All personal readings and on-line products are pre-paid via PayPal. (You don’t need a PayPal account.) Using my service or buying my products means that you have read and accept this disclaimer. If you live outside the UK you can obtain currency conversion rates from www.xe.com

Cancellations: Unless it is a genuine emergency, no refunds will be given with less than 24 hours’ notice.

Refund policy
1. This policy sets out the returns policy for goods or services purchased through the online store operated Potential Unlimited (www.valeriehardware.com) If you are in any way dissatisfied with any of our products or services please contact us and let us know the details.

All of our products* are backed by a ‘no quibble’ refund policy. If you are dissatisfied please let us know how and we will issue a refund via PayPal.  

Goods to be returned must clearly show proof of purchase inside the package and for the protection of copyright; only Audio CDs which are returned within the original unbroken seal will qualify for a refund.

 

*Please be aware that other than MP3 versions for email readings for copyright purposes we cannot issue a refund to purchasers of Guided Meditation MP3 versions.

 

2. To be eligible for return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, and it must be in the original packaging.

3. Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, if you change your mind about a purchase you have made within 14 working days of the delivery, you are entitled to a full refund of the original purchase price of he goods or services you wish to return, and the original posting and packaging charges made. You will not be entitled to a refund of the cost you incur in returning the item to us.

 

4. Our standard returns policy entitles you to a full refund of the purchase price and postage and packaging charges if you change your mind (i.e. the goods or services provided are not faulty or not described properly) within 14 days.

 

5. Once your return is received and inspected we will contact you to let you know whether your refund will be processed or not, and credit your PayPal payment, within a certain amount of days.

For email readings via MP3 delivery is usually made within 4 business days or less, depending on demand, but this cannot be guaranteed.
