Personal Information – data
Your personal information is also known as data and is protected by the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) (Regulation (EU) 2016/679).
Any data you provide about yourself and any information which identifies you, such as your name, email address, telephone number, will only be retained by us if you tell us that we can do so. Of course, you might choose not to, however this means that we may not be able to provide you with the full details of you either requested or enquired about. You have the right to update and amend your personal details and/or data permissions at any time by sending an email to
Your email address is never linked in anyway with the internet and is disposed of safely by shredding after a period of time. If you have agreed by ticking the yes box (if one is showing on a certain section) to a mailshot we then add your name and email address. We do not ask for home addresses so this is excluded.
All data from demonstrations collected on any seminar or demonstration evening are for promoting our next visit as long as you have consented on the form on the night. It’s explained on the evening of the demonstration why we collect your data and you are given an option to delete your email address before we leave. If you’ve given us permission, we hold your data on system and use it for operational purposes, such as sending you information via electronic mail upcoming events.
Sharing your data
We will never share your data without your permission and you can withdraw your permission at any time. We never Sell or rent your private information to any third party nor share your data with other clients.
Who we share the information with
We also use Google Analytics. These cookies are used to collect information about how visitors use our site. We use the information to compile reports and to help us improve our website.
